What makes Supacolor unique?
Supacolor combines the quality of traditional water-based silkscreen techniques with the flexibility and convenience of digital direct to film (DTF) printing to allow anyone with a heat press to customize apparel with premium-quality printing.
How fast can you print my transfers?
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within a few business days. Larger volume jobs can take longer. Please contact us for an estimate.

How durable is Supacolor?
Supacolor’s Wearable, Blocker and Soft Shell Blocker transfers have been lab-tested for durability and are certified to last 70 washes without cracking or fading. View wash test results here. These transfers are made to last.
Is Supacolor eco-friendly?
Yes, Supacolor uses water-based inks without harsh or toxic chemicals. Transfers come on recyclable transfer paper.
Do you supply heat transfer paper/sheets?
We do not supply materials or the machinery to make Supacolor.

What level of details can Supacolor reproduce?
Our process prints millions of colors and gradients, allowing us to reproduce almost any artwork, no matter how complex. We can render fine detail as small as 1 mm tall without requiring ugly traps or borders.

Does Supacolor have art templates for the different sizing?
What sizes are available?
Your designs can be any size from tiny all the way up to up to 16.5×11.7. Just find the right size category that’s right for you!

What files work best for Supacolor?
What color profiles can Supacolor print?
Supacolor’s default print process is CMYK (actually, we run a six-color process that gives Supacolor transfers more range in the color spectrum). We have the ability to Pantone (PMS) color match. All you need to do is indicate the colors in your order. We do not print RGB files.
What if I am not sure if my artwork is set up correctly?
Follow our art specifications as best as you can. If you are still not sure, submit your order to us anyways. We will review your order and notify you if there are any issues. Supacolor will work with you to make sure that we help you print the best transfers possible.
Does Supacolor provide art proofs?
Supacolor does not provide art proofs as a part of its ordering process. Our goal is to produce your Supacolor as quickly as possible. Our process is very accurate. As long as you upload great artwork, we’ll make great transfers.
How do I order Supacolor?
Supacolor is available for purchase through our website. Customers are asked to enter the orders online to expedite the processing of the job and to minimize mistakes.

How is Supacolor priced?
Supacolor is priced based on transfer type, size and quantity.
- Step 1: Choose the transfer that works best for the fabric you want to print on.
- Step 2: Select the smallest size category that your design fits in.
- Step 3: Cross reference the size category and the desired quantity to find your price.
Does Supacolor offer gang sheets?
Yes. To print one transfer with multiple designs, or a single design needed in more than one size, select our Supagang transfer type.
The Supagang option is available in our A3, A4 and A5 size category for WE, BL, SB and PR transfer types.
How can I see pricing and get samples?
All new Supacolor accounts are sent a Sample Kit along with a Users Guide containing transfer pricing and other details. You can also view pricing by logging into your account and clicking on “Pricing” in the “Dashboard Home”. Need to open an account? Click Get Started.
Are there other fees to consider?
We have taken the complexity out of ordering heat transfers: no more calculations, hidden fees or rush charges. Shipping is not included in the price of the transfers.
What do I need to know before I order Supacolor?
You will need to know what fabric you will be printing on to determine which Supacolor transfer (Wearable, Blocker, Soft Shell Blocker, Promotional) you should order. We will also need to know the color of the fabric. If you do not know the exact color, you can tell us if it is a light or dark colored fabric.
Does Supacolor have a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per design. You cannot split the minimum between multiple designs or accommodate more than one design within a print area.
Does Supacolor charge by the color?
You can print unlimited colors and gradients with Supacolor. We do not charge by the color. The price is the same whether you print one color or a million.
How do I pay for my order?
Supacolor charges your credit card when your order is ready to ship. This is to minimize the the chance of your credit card being charged incorrectly in the event there are changes to your order and so that we can add shipping costs. You can update the credit card number or expiration date from my account before your order ships. Should your card decline, we will send you an email with a link to make payment. Orders with payment declines, will not ship until payment is made.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If there is a problem, notify us immediately by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with your job number and details about the problem. We will work with you to get you the right transfers. You can buy Supacolor with confidence.
What are my order shipping options?
Supacolor’s standard domestic shipping option is FedEx 2 Day Air for a flat rate of $15.00 for most orders. If you need your order delivered faster, then we can ship Next Day Air. Pricing for expedited shipping varies and a quote can be provided once your order is ready to ship. Larger orders may incur additional freight charges. If you are local to our facilities, you may also collect your order from Will Call. For international shipping rates please contact us.
Can I collect my order?
If you would like to collect your order from Supacolour, we have 2 locations in the USA in Atlanta and Los Angeles
In Los Angeles we are located at 12705 Daphne Ave, Hawthorne CA 90250
In Atlanta we are located at 1395 South Marietta Parkway SE, Ste 226 Bldg 200, Marietta GA 30060
When Ordering, select Collect as your shipping options, and when your order is complete we will send you Notification its available to collect.
Do you ship internationally?
Supacolor has factories in North America, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. We can ship all over the world. Please contact us and we will work out the best facility to service you.
What kind of peel or release do Supacolor transfers have?
Supacolor transfers are designed to peel immediately while hot from pressing. We recommend you peel fast and smooth with confidence.
What kind of heat press is required to apply Supacolor?
Supacolor is a professional-grade heat transfer that is designed to work with a commercial heat press. Our transfers can work with both an air operated heat press or a manual heat press.
Important: Supacolor is not designed to be pressed with a domestic iron.
Can you help me troubleshoot with pressing?
Not all heat presses are created equal!
If you are using a Manual Press and are having issues they may be due to insufficient pressure. Pressure should be firm to very firm pressure. The trick is to find the firmest pressure without the possibility of damaging the fabric. Each press is unique!
Test with our sample kit (or extras that come with regular orders) to find your sweet spot.

Much less frequent are problems are related to heat or timing.
