How is Supacolor priced?

Supacolor is priced based on transfer type, size and quantity.

Step 1: Choose the transfer that works best for the fabric you want to print on.
Step 2: Select the smallest size category that your design fits in.
Step 3: Cross reference the size category and the desired quantity to find your price.

How can I see pricing and get free samples?

To get free samples, head to our [free sample pack](/products/free-sample-pack) and check out — we'll send a complementary pack with our most popular transfers.

To see pricing, browse the product pages, upload your artwork, and pricing shows automatically.

Are there any other fees to consider?

No, we’ve removed the complexity of ordering heat transfers: no tricky calculations, hidden fees or rush charges. Shipping is not included in the price of the transfers and is added in the checkout process.

Question 5

What do I need to know before I order Supacolor?

Accepted Answer

You will need to know what fabric you will be printing on to determine which Supacolor transfer you should order.

You also need an art file of the design you want us to produce.

Question 6

Does Supacolor have a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

For our SupaDTF products, no, you can order as few as 1 transfer.

For all our other transfers, our min quantity is 10.

You cannot split this minimum between sizes or transfers. For example, if you want to print the same design on a Wearable and a Blocker, you’ll need to order at least 10 Wearables and 10 Blockers.

Does Supacolor charge by the color?

No, we don’t charge by the color. The price is the same whether you print one color or a million.

How do I pay for my order?

Accepted Answer

Retail orders are charged at checkout via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Wholesale orders are charged when your order is ready to ship — this avoids refunds or top-up payments if you change the order before production. You can update your card from your account anytime; if a card is declined we'll email a payment link before the order ships.

What if there is a problem with my order?

We’ll make it right. Please inspect your order when it arrives.  If there is a problem, notify us immediately by emailing us at orders@supacolor.com  Provide us with your job number and details about the problem, and we’ll fix it, even if it means reprinting your heat transfers for no extra cost. You can buy Supacolor with confidence.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order for any neon transfer is 20 units.

What if I only need one heat transfer?

If you only need one heat transfer, then SupaDTF is the best option.

Are Supacolor transfers hot peel or cold peel?

Accepted Answer

With the exception of our SupaReflective transfers, Supacolor transfers are designed to peel immediately while hot from pressing (this is known as a hot peel). We recommend you peel fast and smooth with confidence. For SupaReflective transfers, you should wait for the transfer to cool before peeling (known as a cold peel).

What kind of heat press do you need?

Supacolor is a professional-grade heat transfer that can work with both an air operated heat press or a manual heat press.

Important: Supacolor is NOT designed to be pressed with a domestic iron or pressed without adequate pressure settings, such as the Cricut Easy Press.

Question 14

Can you help me troubleshoot my pressing?

Accepted Answer

Not all heat presses are created equal! If you are using a Manual Press and are having issues they may be due to insufficient pressure. Pressure should be firm to very firm pressure. The trick is to find the firmest pressure without the possibility of damaging the fabric. Each press is unique!

Test with our sample kit (or extras that come with regular orders) to find your sweet spot.

What are my order shipping options?

Accepted Answer

Supacolor’s standard domestic shipping option is FedEx 2 Day Air for a flat rate of $16.00 for most orders.

If you need your order delivered faster, then we can ship Next Day Air. Pricing for expedited shipping varies and a quote can be provided once your order is ready to ship.

Larger orders may incur additional freight charges.

If you are local to our facilities, you may also collect your order from Will Call.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world using DHL Express. Supacolor USA handles North and South America.

If you are located outside of these areas, Supacolor has factories in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Please contact us before placing your order and we will work out the best facility to service you.

I'm based elsewhere — what are my shipping options?

We ship world wide from our facilities in the USA, UK and New Zealand. Please contact hello@supacolor.com and we will help work out which location is best for you.

Can I collect SupaDTF from Atlanta?

Accepted Answer

No, SupaDTF is only printed at our Los Angeles facility. Collection is available for LA-based customers only. Please make sure you select the correct shipping method to avoid any delays.

Does Supacolor have art templates for different transfer sizes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a comprehensive template page that will help you work out what size you need, and then you can download a template for that size. Using our templates ensures that you provide Supacolor with the best possible file so your transfers will turn out awesome. You can also download the templates from the product pages.

What transfer sizes are available?

Most of our heat transfers are available as small as 1.5" x 1.5" all the way up to up to A3 11.7" x 16.5". We also have Supagang sheet options available. Just find the right size category that’s right for you. See the product pages for information about each types sizing.

What files work best for Supacolor?

Check out our [art specs](/pages/art-specs) page for more information on this. We prefer vector PDF, but we can accept other files if they are prepared correctly. For best results, use our downloadable templates and follow the instructions contained in them.

What color profiles can Supacolor print?

Accepted Answer

Supacolor’s default print process is CMYK (actually, we run a seven-color process that gives Supacolor transfers more range in the color spectrum). We have the ability to Pantone (PMS) color match. All you need to do is indicate the colors in your order. We don't print RGB files. If artwork is supplied in RGB, we convert it to CMYK.

What if I am not sure my artwork is setup correctly?

Follow our art specifications as best as you can. If you are still not sure, submit your order to us anyways. We will review your order and notify you if there are any issues. Supacolor will work with you to make sure that we help you print the best transfers possible.

Does Supacolor provide art proofs?

Accepted Answer

No, Supacolor does not provide art proofs as a part of the ordering process. Our goal is to produce your heat transfers as quickly as possible. Our process is very accurate. As long as you upload great artwork, we’ll make great transfers.

How long can i store unpressed transfers?

All our transfers have a shelf life of 12+ months when stored correctly. Keep them sealed in an airtight container or in the original bag they were shipped in with the silica gel sachet, and store them somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight.
